The EUROPEAN HOLSTEIN & RED HOLSTEIN CHAMPIONSHIP will take place at the Libramont fairgrounds and at the Libramont Exhibition & Congress building, on Friday, 12 and Saturday, 13 April 2019. The stands will be open to the public from 8:30am to 6:30pm.
Assembly and disassembly
Indoor stand set up will take place on Tuesday, 9 and Wednesday, 10, from 08:00am to 6:00pm and on Thursday, 11 April 2019 from 8:00am to 10:00pm. Breakdown will take place Saturday, 13 from 7:00pm until 10:00pm, as well as Sunday, 14 and Monday, 15 April 2019 from 8:00am to 6:00pm.
Outside stand set up will take place on Tuesday, 9, Wednesday, 10 and Thursday, 11 April 2019 from 8:00am to 6:00pm. Breakdown will take place Saturday, 13 from 7:00pm until 10:00pm, as well as Sunday, 14 and Monday, 15 April 2019 from 8:00am to 6:00pm.
For outdoor exhibitors, any tents they wish to install at their stands must be smaller than the space rented to ensure that there is 0.5 m of free space all around the tents. Water outlets must remain accessible. Please contact +32(0)61/23.04 when you arrive.
Gardiennage et sécurité
The exhibition area will close every day and everyone is required to leave at closing time. The security service contracted by the Organising Committee from Wednesday, 10 April through Monday, 14 April is a precautionary measure only and in no way transfers liability to the Committee.The use of a barbecue or of gas at the stands is expressly forbidden.
In the event of theft or malicious act, exhibitors must notify the Federal Police immediately (tel. +32 (0) 61 508 130), then the Organising Committee (+32 (0) 61 230 404) then send the statement of claim to the insurance broker by fax (+32 (0) 63 217 525) on the same day.For other hazards (Civil Liability – damage insurance), when an accident occurs, exhibitors must notify the Organising Committee then submit a statement of claim immediately to the office of Ofac+ Assurances, Rue de Neufchâteau 18C/9 – 6800 Libramont, email: firstname.lastname@example.org or fax: +32 (0) 61 53 52 51
